Returns

If you’ve changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 28 days from the date of purchase to return your item. In-line with our returns policy, your item needs to be unused, In its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur a restocking fee from the manufacturer. This can be up to 35%.

Goods purchased online can be returned in the showroom or returned online by filling in the returns form below. Return postage cost will need to be covered by the customer unless we have sent an incorrect or faulty item.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately on enquiries@homefixdiy.com We will require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being delivered for your claim to be accepted.

Goods purchased in the showroom can only be returned to the showroom.

    Faulty Electrical Goods

    If electrical goods purchased from us develop a fault, the goods can be returned to us. We will send the goods to the supplier and communicate the proposed resolution to you.

    If the supplier finds no fault with the goods, a handling & delivery fee will be payable.

    A refund will not be issued simply by returning the product to us.
