The Timloc 1168/35 Push-Up Loft Access Door is a factory-finished, maintenance-free polypropylene hatch designed for quick and secure ceiling access. With a clear opening size of 562mm x 665mm, it fits standard trussed joist spacing and includes two twist-operated catches to prevent uplift. The insulated panel delivers a U-value of 0.35 W/m²K and offers acoustic performance up to 30dB. Ideal for new builds and refurbishments, it installs easily and meets NHBC requirements and relevant British Standards.
