This product enables safe and easy access to non-inhabited loft spaces without the need for installing costly and space consuming staircases. Fakro Folding Ladders satisfy all technical and safety requirements whilst maximising ease of use and comfort. The product comes with a thickness of 3cm thermal insulation and a maximum load bearing capacity of 160kg. This product is suitable to be fixed in an opening which measures 550 x 1100mm. It also bears a heat transmittance co-efficiency of 1.10W/m2K.
